Because many Octavious Mann LLC offerings are digital, service-based, time-reserved, or provide immediate access, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

Trading education, coaching and communities

Payments for memberships, coaching programs, classes, community access, digital products, and educational services are non-refundable once access has been provided, materials have been delivered, or services have begun.

Consulting services

Consulting deposits and completed work are non-refundable. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or unused-session terms stated in a signed proposal, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement control for that engagement.

Speaking engagements

Speaking deposits reserve a date and are non-refundable unless a written speaking agreement states otherwise. Rescheduling, travel, cancellation, and force-majeure terms are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Digital products and resources

Downloaded or electronically delivered products are non-refundable after delivery or access, except where required by law. If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact us so we can provide reasonable technical assistance or a replacement.

Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not generally refund charges already paid. Failed subscription payments may result in paused or suspended access until the account is current.

Octavious Mann LLC provides business consulting, speaking, workshops, trading education, coaching, market preparation, community access, digital products, resources, and related services. By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms displayed in a proposal, agreement, invoice, product page, or checkout.

Purchases and billing

You agree to the price and billing structure shown at checkout or in the applicable written agreement.

Subscriptions

Recurring charges continue according to the selected billing cycle until canceled under the applicable subscription terms. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not generally provide a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by law.

Professional services

Consulting, coaching, and speaking outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Participation does not guarantee revenue, profitability, funding, employment, business growth, financial improvement, trading performance, or any other specific result.

Acceptable use and access

Access may be suspended or terminated for failed payments, misuse of materials, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, unauthorized account sharing, redistribution of proprietary content, or violation of these terms.

Intellectual property

Videos, strategies, documents, course content, frameworks, presentations, downloads, website content, branding, and other materials provided by Octavious Mann LLC may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, publicly displayed, or shared without written permission.

Third-party services

This website may link to payment processors, scheduling tools, community platforms, social networks, or other third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply when you use them.

Governing law

Unless an applicable written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

By completing a purchase or entering a written engagement, you acknowledge that you reviewed and accepted the applicable terms.

Octavious Mann LLC collects information reasonably necessary to operate the business, process purchases, provide services, respond to inquiries, communicate with customers, and improve the customer experience.

Information may include your name, email address, phone number, billing details, order history, account information, scheduling information, form responses, and information you voluntarily provide when purchasing, joining a program, scheduling, or communicating with us.

Payment information is processed through third-party commerce and payment platforms. Octavious Mann LLC does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

We may use information to process transactions, deliver purchased services, manage memberships and subscriptions, provide customer support, schedule sessions, respond to inquiries, send requested updates, improve services, prevent misuse, and maintain business and legal records.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business, including website hosting, analytics, payment, scheduling, email, form, and community platforms, or when disclosure is required by law.

Cookies and your choices

Essential technologies support security, sign-in, forms, carts, payments, and your saved privacy choices. Optional analytics and marketing tracking on this website stay off until you allow the relevant category. You can reject optional tracking without losing access to our services. Use the Privacy settings button to review or withdraw your choices at any time. Choices are saved for up to 180 days. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, page usage, and interaction information to help us improve the site. If you allow marketing, Meta Pixel may receive browser, device, public page-view, cookie, and explicitly defined interaction information to measure advertising and support relevant ads. We do not intentionally include form answers, account credentials, or full card numbers in these events. Optional trackers are excluded from private member portals, administrative pages, and protected program areas on the main website.

A detected Global Privacy Control signal disables marketing tracking on the main website. The Squarespace enrollment store has its own cookie controls; review your choices there as well. Payment providers may use essential fraud-prevention and transaction technologies under their own policies. Browser and platform advertising controls may provide additional options.
